    • Assist in researching and designing new KCON partnership opportunities through identifying client goals and objectives with creative thinking
    • Assist in campaign deliveries meet customer needs and maximize outcome
    • Actively engage in CJ E&M activities, including KCON and other entertainment events
    • Run internal reporting to monitor campaign statuses
    • Coordinate post-KCON campaign analytics
    • Assist in tracking sales/partnership reports
    • Handle various miscellaneous duties as assigned

    Basic Qualifications

    • Associate's Degree
    • High School Diploma / GED & 2 years of directly related experience
    • Graduating College senior or recent College Graduates

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bilingual in Korean and English
    • Basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustration
    • Strategic Partnerships or Digital/Media Marketing experience or knowledge
    • College students majoring in relevant field, recent graduates, or strong interest in the field
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with broad range of internal and external partners
    • Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office and iWork
    • Highly motivated and organized with meticulous attention to detail and record-keeping
    • Problem solver who is results-oriented to tackle problems with firm deadlines
    • Energetic and collaborative interpersonal skills required to interact with cross functional departments and client
    • Demonstrates project management skills and strong analytical/creative skills
    • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information and issues
    • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
    • Passionate to learn and succeed in fast-paced, results-focused entertainment business culture
