    Responsibilities

    • Enter expenses in budget spreadsheet
    • Work with production staff to create inventory of items of convention areas
    • Assist with operation logistics such as training manuals, and staff hotel/flight management
    • Assist with Additional areas as needed

    Basic Qualifications

    • Associate's Degree
    • High School Diploma / GED & 2 years of directly related experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and understand direction
    • Strong organizational skills – creating several documents for presentation/internal use needs to be easily readable.
    • Proficiency  in data entry, spreadsheet management (i.e. Microsoft office – excel, google drive)
    • Ability to effectively listen and communicate with other verbally/nonverbally, and work in a team setting.
    • Must be willing to perform physical labor at times (i.e. helping load truck during KCON setup, event setup/takedown, running errands, etc)
