    • Build mid to long term growth of the product to maximize brand awareness and increase sales
    • Lead brand and business strategies for Bibigo and Annie Chun brands
    • Devleop a marketing plan through analyzing current market data and trends
    • Develop positioning recommendations, guide market research analysis and define brand elements
    • Partner with category brand managers to ensure consistent and effective brand message
    • Research for new products and categories(focus group research, online surveys, etc.)
    • Plan and execute innovative business through the understanding of total supply chain management
    • Communicate directly with both local and global management
    • Represent Bibigo and Annie Chun as a spokeperson as needed
    • Other duties assigned


    Basic Qualifications

    • Doctorate degree
    • Master’s degree & 3 years of directly related experience
    • Bachelor’s degree & 5 years of  directly related experience
    • Associate’s degree & 8 years of  directly related experience
    • High school diploma / GED & 10 years of  directly related experience


    Preferred Qualifications

    • At least 10 years of relevant business experience in a consumer marketing role(strong CPG experience with understanding of the FMCG & FDM environment)
    • At least 5 years of experience in food company
    • Knowledge and familiarity with Asian foods a strong plus
    • Sales bacground a plus 
    • MBA preferred
    • Ability to travel(up to 20% of the time)
    • Bilingual a plus(English, Korean)
