    • Manage all recruitment process
    • Manage new hire orientations, human resources events and various training sessions for employees
      Revise existing training program and create new training content
    • Coordinate and maintain all training projects and activities
    • Responsible for articulating, educating, and training employees on new procedures and processes
    • Conduct investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth
    • Coordinate with managers regarding the proper implementation of policies and procedures
    • Other duties assigned


    Basic Qualifications

    • Master’s degree
    • Bachelor’s degree & 3 years of directly related experience
    • Associate’s degree & 6 years of directly related experience
    • High school diploma / GED & 8 years of directly related experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience working in manufacturing industry preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and negotiating skills
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PPT)
    • Bilingual in English/Korean (verbal/written)
