    Responsibilities

    • Plan and manage performance to achieve sales goals
    • Establish short/mid-term sales strategy and analyze business environment based on analysis of commercial areas/market environment/trend analysis
    • Manage P&L by store and improve structures of low sales store
    • Train operation skills and tools for smooth store operation
    • Provide support for the delivery of sales information and policy to the head office
    • Implement standardized management and service system
    • Other duties assigned

    Basic Qualifications

    • Master's Degree & 3 years of directly related experience OR
    • Bachelor's Degree & 5 years of directly related experience OR
    • Associate's Degree & 8 years of directly related experience OR
    • High School Diploma/GED & 10 years of directly related experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 7+ years of retail and sales management, preferably beauty/drugstore/cosmetic industry
    • Extensive travel required (80%, 4 days out of the work week)
    • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to establish plans and drive execution
    • Highly analytical, organized, detail-oriented and creative problem solver
    • Strong understanding of syndicated data and interpretation
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
