    Responsibilities

    • Welcome and direct visitors in person or on the telephone; answer or refer inquiries
    • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges
    • Contact landlord for any admin/repairing issues regarding parking, janitor service, air-con, etc.
    • Assist NHO by ordering business cards, name plate, phone, and parking pass
    • Work closely with finance & accounting departments to request payment and enhance productivity
    • Responsible for day to day organization of the site administrative and organizational tasks (which are often to be dealt with confidentiality), secretarial functions, mail and parcel traffic, office and general administration
    • Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipate needed supplies, evaluate new office products, place and expedite orders as needed, verify receipt of suppliers
    • Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures and regulations
    • Handle catering orders for HQ and consolidated office employees including cost allocation
    • Lead seasonal decorations for the office
    • Assist with other special projects

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree OR
    • Associate's Degree & 2 years of directly related experience OR
    • High School Diploma / GED & 4 years of directly related experience

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 1~2 years of experience working in an office setting required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Attention to detail
    • Bilingual in English and Korean
    • Must be able to work Monday ~ Thursday 9AM - 4PM and Friday 9AM - 3PM
