    • Supports the HR department in implementing and administering programs to improve the employee experience.
    • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations and assist with management of changes as necessary.
    • Works with managers on employee relations issues, coach manager on resolving employee relation issues.
    • Assist in designing, planning, and implementing corporate training programs and maintain corporate training records.
    • Maintains employee profiles through HRIS system.
    • Assist with company events and projects as needed.
    • Demonstrates the CJ Way and promotes a positive culture.

    Basic Qualifications


    • Bachelor’s degree & 5 years of directly related experience
    • Associate’s degree & 8 years of directly related experience
    • High school diploma / GED & 8 years of directly related experience
    • Good facilitation, communication and problem solving skills
    • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • English Korean bilingual highly preferred
