    • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with merchandise/print vendors to ensure that deadlines are met
    • Manage and oversee licensing and permits as they pertain to venue, labor, (etc.) regulations, under clear supervision.
    • Assist in sourcing, securing, and managing necessary staffing including: temporary on-site staff, security, DJ’s, vendors, etc
    • Assist with all other event preparation, from inception to day-of execution to post event wrap-up, including managing vendor lists, moving event materials, and running the portions of the event on-site
    • Attend and take notes during internal meeting and site visits

    Basic Qualifications

    • Associate's Degree
    • High School Diploma / GED & 2 years of directly related experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Must be willing to perform physical labor at times (i.e. helping load truck during KCON setup, event setup/takedown, running errands, etc)
    • Strong organizational, verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills; High comfort level engaging and interacting with a wide range of individuals.
    • Proficiency with productivity suites, (i.e. Microsoft Office, Google Applications, etc).
    • Bilingual in Korean and English
