    • Plan, organize, and execute event logistics from initial stages of development, through on-site & event wrap-up
    • Deliver superior attendee experience by executing a detailed plan for staffing, security and registration
    • Research vendors and negotiate budgets; work within time and budget limits to plan, resource, and oversee the events

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree & 2 years of experience
    • Associate's Degree & 4 years of directly related experience OR
    • High School Diploma / GED & 6 years of directly related experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Must be willing and able to travel and work on weekends
    • 3+ years’ work experience in event development, production, and logistics management
    • Strong knowledge, interest and passion in K-pop and Korean entertainment highly preferred
    • Bilingual in Korean and English highly preferred
    • Strong organizational, time management and communication skills 
    • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
