SUMMARY

The Marketing Associate will report directly to Marketing Manager and will assists marketing team in developing annual marketing plan and launching product line. A strong candidate must possess strong communication skills and must be able to work under minimal supervision and be proactive.

Basic Qualifications

JOB DUTIES (include but are not limited to the following)

 

[Planning and Launching New Products]

  • Assist marketing team in developing annual product/marketing plan
  • Cooperate with operations team to drive best results of sales
  • Communicate with Global CJ team for importing process
  • Coordinate with Central Kitchen & Supply Chain Management for orders and prepare for new product samples
  • Initiate vendor communication for product information needed for the launch
  • Communicate with franchisees and help them set up for the product launch
  • Gather and analyze sales data and contribute in managing product cycle
  • Conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunities
  • Monitor competitor’s marketing activities and new products
  • Coordinate with Graphic Designer in creating advertising material

 

[Promotion & Seasonal Events]

  • Plan for major holiday promotions: New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas, etc.
  • Research trends and plan each promotion with budget forecasting
  • Coordinate with CK, franchisees to drive the best sales
  • Manage BIZ promotion system
  • Analyze promotions with sales data and make improvements for upcoming events
  • Work with the operations team in determining customized store marketing activities and strategies for various market segments
  • Maintain regular contacts and communicate with senior marketing campaign coordinators and client partners

 

 

[Digital Marketing]

  • Monitor store listings on Yelp and manage messages and reviews
  • Assist graphic designer for social media photo contents and manage daily uploads
  • Contribute to management of the website by uploading promotional banners and store listings
  • Support in development of email marketing system

Preferred Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Knowledge in food industry/food trend a plus
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
  • Must be bilingual (English&Korean)
  • MS Office Suite
  • Must be able to work independently and efficiently
