    Responsibilities

    • Assist with analyzing monthly, quarterly, and yearly compensation and benefit HR metric reports
    • Maintain records of personnel-related data (HRIS system) including payroll, personal information, employment information, performance grades, etc.
    • Support with compensation and benefit planning projects (health and life insurance plans, fringe benefit programs, salary adjustment, pay band research, benchmark, etc.
    • Administer performance evaluation management system (quarterly and annually)
    • Support with visa processing and ensure that all paperwork is recorded and filed on time
    • Maintain current HR files and databases
    • Record, manage and process invoices for Human Resources programs/systems
    • Assist in developing and implementing human resource policies
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree & 2 years of experience OR
    • Associate's Degree & 4 years of directly related experience OR
    • High School Diploma / GED & 6 years of directly related experience

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    • B.A. degree in HR or related major
    • Bilingual in Korean and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
    • Ability to multi-task and work within required deadlines
    • Able to begin work immediately
