  • Develop packaging materials for new products in 2018 and 2019
  • Ensure consistent packaging quality towards customers by regular monitoring existing packaging offerings
  • Provide packaging solutions to optimize the logistics cost and to reduce packaging material & cost
  • Support building mid to long term packaging innovation roadmap towards 2020 by creating innovative packaging ideas
  • Work with outside agencies (equipment vendors and packaging solution agencies) for sampling, printing, packaging manufacturing and technical spec. approval

Basic Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Bachelor’s degree & 3 years of directly related experience
  • Associate’s degree & 6 years of directly related experience
  • High school diploma / GED & 8 years of directly related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering (Packaging, Mechanical, or Materials) preferred
  • Must be experienced with food production manufacturing and automated packaging lines
  • Experience with materials/converting methods, including corrugated containers, folding cartons, plastic bottles, and flexible films
  • Experience with testing and validating packaging through ASTM and ISTA standard testing method
  • Korean/Eng bilingual preferred
  • Great team work spirit and open to diverse cultural working environment
  • Knowledgeable and Interested in Korean food and culture
