  • Maintain standards and expectations in food quality, guest service, food safety, store cleanliness, and financial performance in assigned restaurants

  • Achieve and maintain Operational Excellence

  • Responsible for all phases of the restaurants’ performance and decisions for his/her restaurants

  • Provide clear, consistent communications on a frequent basis with the Restaurant Managers, Operations Manager in HQ

  • Build an effective team of employees through recruiting, training and development with meaningful, timely performance feedback

  • Partner with the training department to ensure the completion of development plans for restaurant staff

  • Lead a team of restaurant managers to delivery legendary customer and Bibigo experiences. Spends majority of time in stores observing store environment and operational effectiveness, coaching and developing store managers to achieve business goals

  • Build restaurant manager capability to coach, develop and manage the performance of their direct reports

  • Develop strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results

  • Create district implementation plans based on trend analysis and local market knowledge to ensure effective execution of company initiatives that achieve both operational excellence and business results. Follows up consistently with team of restaurant managers to ensure accountability plans

  • Claim support (W/C & Consumer claim)

  • Policy acceptance – effectively communicate with stores

  • Risk management

  • Solicit customer feedback and proactively researches local markets to understand customer and community

  • Utilize management information tools and analyzes financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in store performances

  • Manage restaurant managers by regularly conducting performance assessments, providing feedback, and setting challenging goals to improve team performance. Manages ongoing performance using performance management tools to support organizational objectives

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Associate’s degree with 6+ yrs or experience
  • High School diploma/GED with 8+ yrs of experience(QSR restaurant preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years with multi-unit supervisory experience in a related field.
