CJ TMA(CJ TMI Manufacturing America) is a food manufacturing corporation of CJ CheilJedang, located in Robbinsville, New Jersey, and is scheduled to be completed in January 2018. Dumplings, noodles, and other frozen food products, which are produced that complies with US food safety regulations, will be sold throughout the United States.


  • Manage all recruitment process
  • Manage new hire orientations, human resources events and various training sessions for employees
  • Coordinate and maintain all training projects and activities
  • Conduct investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth
  • Process bi-weekly ADP payroll – process payroll time records and handle employees’ payroll inquiries
  • Oversee the payroll process responsible for the sorting and distribution of bi-weekly payroll
  • Other duties assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree & 2 years of directly related experience or
  • Associate’s degree & 4 years of directly related experience or
  • High school diploma / GED & 6 years of directly related experience 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to train, motivate and mentor
  • Moderate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PPT) is required
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (verbal/written) strongly preferred
