Responsibilities

  • Identify learning and organization development needs by analyzing organization performance, company culture, job requirements, operational problems, and/or current training programs through interviews and surveys
  • Suggest necessary training and organization development interventions
  • Manage the overall training process including preparing invite lists, communicating with trainers and participants, helping on-site program logistics, conducting training evaluation, and creating training reports
  • Manage a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Design/update, develop, and prepare training content/materials including e-learning programs and leadership assessment
  • Facilitate training programs including new hire training and basic soft-skill training
  • Review learning content and make recommendations regarding updating or retiring content
  • Support the team to improve organization culture of CJ America and its affiliate companies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or
  • Bachelor's Degree & 3 years of directly related experience or
  • Associate's Degree & 6 years of directly related experience or
  • High School Diploma/GED & 8 years of directly related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of directly related experience
  • Excellent presentation skills including designing powerpoint slides
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing LMS
  • Ability to edit image/videos
  • Will require travel (10%)
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
