  • Ensure activities are in compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO and FLSA)
  • Conduct and manage investigations related to workplace fraud, harassment, discrimination, safety, and resolve all employee relations and grievance situations
  • Liaise and collaborate with CJ America (CJ group's regional office) and CJ CGV HQ to achieve HR goals
  • Process and coordinate recruiting and termination process as well as new hire orientation and other trainings as needed
  • Process payroll, time and attendance and weekly/monthly audits
  • Process health insurance enrollments, terminations and monthly invoices
  • Coordinate and organize annual performance evaluation process and provide related support
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Bachelor’s degree & 3 years of directly related experience
  • Associate’s degree & 6 years of directly related experience
  • High school diploma / GED & 8 years of directly related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA degree in HR or related major
  • 5-7 years of HR experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work within required deadlines
  • Fluency in both Korean and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
