Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis
  • Execute corporate strategic planning, sales strategy and forecasting, and budgeting
  • Lead the business development team (take charge in training and guiding, and ensuring top performances and results)

Basic Qualifications

  • Master's degree & 6 years of directly related experience
  • Bachelor's degree & 8 years of directly related experience
  • Associate's degree & 10 years of directly related experience
  • High school diploma / GED & 12 years of directly related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strategic thinking with excellent data analysis skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of management
  • Strong background in negotiation and corporate sales and contractual agreements
  • Strong network with exhibitors is a plus
  • Must be able to travel internationally with possible sudden domestic travel requirements
