Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow US and Int’l Amazon and other e-Commerce sales
  • Develop and execute specific strategies for boosting sales performance in e-Commerce
  • Optimize inventory holding costs and in-stock fulfillment rates
  • Oversee e-Commerce sales performance
  • Manage outsourced development and administration team
  • Create and execute a vision for product presentation and story with guidance from executive team
  • Develop and execute PPC/SEM, display and paid social marketing plans to meet and exceed aggressive revenue and new customer acquisition goals.
  • Manage campaign budgets, channels and expenditures to meet efficiency targets.
  • Optimize web sales for enterprise and bulk buying.
  • Develop business reselling relationships with top e-commerce sites
  • Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing knowledge with the marketing team and top executives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Doctorate degree
  • Master’s degree & 3 years of directly related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree & 5 years of  directly related experience
  • Associate’s degree & 8 years of  directly related experience 
  • High school diploma / GED & 10 years of  directly related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in e-Commerce sales with a focus on Amazon
  • 5+ years experience managing brands on Amazon marketplace
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites
  • Ability to gather and analyze data efficiently with strong attention to detail
  • Proven track record of working within budgets
  • Knowledge of launching new products in e-Commerce business
