The Container Export Shipping Documentation Assistant is responsible for maintaining all export and shipping documentation and monitoring accurate information is recorded. This position will require attention to detail and punctual work ethic.

• Prepare and handle all export shipping documentation related to daily shipment
• Monitor and coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines and HQ on shipment
• Administrative Assistant (record and manage accounting expenses)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or Business
• Experience of 2 years in relevant industry
• Knowledge and familiarity with shipping terms and documentation
• Capable, responsible, independent, and able to handle stress
• Sincere, mature and great interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (bi-lingual in Korean is a plus)
• Good knowledge in MS Office and Excel
