Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute robust recruitment pipelining strategies
  • Manage full recruitment life cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and on-boarding)
  • Analyze best recruitment practices with solid knowledge of the latest talent acquisition tools, legal regulations and market trends
  • Identify passive/active candidates by leveraging recruitment resources (job boards, social media, resume databases, job fairs and referrals)
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers for effective recruiting and interview process
  • Assist other CJ US affiliates’ recruiting activities
  • Create weekly recruiting activity and report to HR Director
  • Train CJ US affiliate HR on best recruiting practices
  • Other duties assigned

Basic Qualifications

  • Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree & 3 years of directly related experience
  • Associate’s degree & 6 years of directly related experience
  • High school diploma / GED & 8 years of directly related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years total experience operating in a full-cycle recruitment role
  • Experience with recruitment tools: LinkedIn, CRM/TERMs, Email Hunter, campaigns, or social media
  • Experienced with ATS (e.g., iCIMS, Taleo, or Greenhouse)
  • Strong understanding of California Labor Law
  • Bilingual in English/Korean highly
