Responsibilities

  • Develop a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting targets, and promoting the organization's presence throughout club account
  • Manage promotional spending for the accounts
  • Buyer presentation calls for existing and new items and business review
  • New Product ideation and limited product development
  • Build relationships and manage brokers
  • Build / Manage relationship with Demo company / Regional Managers / Supervisors
  • Manage Road Shows within given regions
  • Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development
  • Manage the sales administration function and operational performance reporting
  • Other assignments as required

Basic Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Bachelor’s degree & 3 years of directly related experience
  • Associate’s degree & 6 years of directly related experience
  • High school diploma / GED & 8 years of directly related experience 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is strongly preferred
  • 5-7+ years sales experience in Mainstream US Food market preferably with Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's or club channels
  • Retail Food Sales background is strongly preferred
  • Sales presentation skills, public speaking skills, Microsoft Office, Organized, team player, flexible and adaptable to change, ability to multitask and prioritize key tasks, attention to detail
